Sparks Creme Developer is formulated specifically for use with the Sparks Poweder Lightener.

The gentle formula quickly lightens while maintaining the hair's integrity.

What else you need to know:
Sparks 20 Volume developer base easily achieves the desired tone with zero brassiness.

water, hydrogen peroxide, cetearyl, cetearyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, sodium laureth sulfate, ceteareth25, tetrasodium edta, etidronic acid

1.Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packet into a non-metallic bowl.

2.Add 3 oz (90 ml) of Sparks Creme Developer and mix together until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.

3.Apply to desired hair.

4.Let process until the desired tone is achieved (see chart below).

5.Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packet into a non-metallic bowl.

6.Shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
