The Pure & Glam Cosmetics Sharpener is designed for standard-sized cosmetic pencils including eyeliners, lip liners, eyebrow pencils, and contour pencils. It works best with pencils that have a diameter of 7-8mm. For ultra-thick or gel pencils, we recommend checking compatibility first.
Pencil breakage usually occurs from applying too much pressure or twisting too many times. Use a light, gentle hand with 2-3 rotations maximum per sharpening. Also ensure your pencil isn't already cracked before sharpening. The sharpener works best when the blade is clean and the pencil is held at a slight angle.
