It contains Triethanolamine - very bad ingredient which can cause dermatitis if you leave it on the skin. And in the night the hair often touches face!

This is good for heat styling, I did not notice any breakage or damage afterwards and it gave some control.
Matrix Biolage Thermal Active Repair Cream
This came recommended from a stylist for my hair and I couldn't be happier. I've been using Thermal Active Repair for about a year now and it's perfect for my shoulder length, fine, color treated hair. I use it almost daily even if I'm not blow drying or straightening it.
