Love it! Response to terrible October 4, 2014
I love this product!! It is easy to use, cuts all brassiness and unwanted colors and tones from hair. In a response to terrible: I don't think you read the instructions on the inside of the box. It tells you to add 4 ounces of developer and I don't think you did that. If you had, it would have pulled color. This product is for professionals and professionals know this information. You can not expect to get a professionally looking job if you do not follow simple hair coloring/lightening instructions and techniques.

I bought this product today from sallys... It was on my moms head for over an hour and not one ounce of lightening happened.... Not wanting to cause,un necessary damage to her hair i just rinsed it out... I will not buy this product again...
