I use this conditioner (and the PHD shampoo) and really like it. It keeps my hair soft and shiny and it eliminates frizz completely. It also keeps my hair clean longer. I can go an extra day, sometimes two, without shampooing, when I use these products. This keeps my hair color fresh and bright longer. This conditioner hydrates really well but also volumizes and keeps my hair nice and supple without weighing it down. I've been using PHD for about a year and I have a great hair day nearly every day. I definitely recommend PHD.
