With my last order I purchased the K-PAK clarifying shampoo AND the K-PAK intense hydrator for the first time and I now wish I hadn’t; it was a waste of money. With the clarifying shampoo I was hoping to find something to replace the neutrogena clarifying shampoo I have used for years but it then got discontinued. The K-PAK clarifying shampoo stripped my hair harshly on the first wash so will not use it again. And the K-PAK intense hydrator,(as well as the shampoo smelled so powerfully like perfume that it gave me a headache and took 3 washings to finally remove all of the odor! I’m extremely unhappy with these 2 products and want a refund. It was very disappointing considering how much I’ve loved the K-PAK deep penetrating reconstructor I’ve been using for many years. Being unhappy with this recent order, I’m now very reluctant to try any of your other hair products.
