Bought this along with the conditioner for my hair after I got it lightened a little. My hair is naturally brown/light brown and it works great. Helps tone it down alot and blend my natural hair color with the blonde in it!

It REALLY does help keep my highlights on the cooler side. I usually put it on before I shower and let it stay on for about 5-10 minutes. Smells great, too!
