This product is dye- and gluten-free, and doesn't contain any fumes or fragrances that could sting or irritate eyes. Vitamin E enriches and nourishes by replenishing vitamin B5 levels to lashes, protecting against free radicals and environmental stressors.

Suggested Usage: -Apply one or two coats before mascara, or before going to sleep. -Allow primer to set for 30 seconds between coats. -Rinse off with warm water or eye makeup remover.
