Shipping Carriers

Sleekshop orders may be shipped with UPS or USPS. Although we cannot request or guarantee a specific carrier, we guarantee a smooth & swift delivery.

Express deliveries are usually delivered UPS. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly by USPS.

Shipping Rates & Times

Standard delivery takes 1-5 business days (depending on shipping distance from our warehouse in Tustin, CA) and Express takes 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day. Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be processed the same day.

order processing deadlines

All orders placed by 12:00 pm PST will ship out that day. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will ship out on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until Monday or the next business day.

Transit time does not count the day package is handed over to carrier (Order Processed Day) and when tracking number is created. The first day in transit would start the business day after.

weekend delivery

We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are for business days (Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays).

Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent via standard shipping on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed.

tracking orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, tracking number and selected carrier. To track your order, click on the tracking number located in the email and you will be directed to carrier site that will show the progress of your shipment. If you have any problems with this, please contact customer service.

Restricted Items / HAZMAT

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Restricted items include:

  • Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans,
    such as hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
  • Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals,
    such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail
    polish remover.

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we advise ground-only delivery, at our standard shipping rates, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.

We are able to ship DOT-restricted (hazmat) items to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or International countries with a Hazmat fee; this will allow special care during the transportation of your order. We CAN NOT ship DOT-restricted (Hazmat) to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses!

Please keep in mind that Hazmat fees are subject to change. For International shipping, there are some countries that do not allow Hazmat items to be shipped to the country at all and the entire order may be cancelled. If you do not wish to pay the fee you can cancel the entire order, remove the Hazmat item from your order or switch to standard shipping if your area of shipping allows this.

custom fees/duty fees

Shipping charges on orders do not include international taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request details regarding these charges. If you decide to decline any shipments in progress from, you remain responsible for all original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the denied package, in addition to the cost of returning the package to These costs will be subtracted from your refund.

Any orders unable to be delivered due to  - Final Delivery Attempt Made, Package returned to sender (shipping fees will not be refunded) / Package abandoned - No refund will be issued.

shipping promotions

We occasionally offer a 'free shipping" promotion monthly. In order to receive this, your order must meet specific eligibility requirements.
