You can return items for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of receiving products and items are unused and in original packaging. If products were damaged or leaked during transit, please take a picture within 72 hours of package arriving. Do not discard damaged products and wait for instruction from our Customer Loyalty Team.
Please email us at email@example.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.
*Note: Returned products will be inspected by our Returns Department and if items are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with, a processing fee will be tacked on. This is to ensure the integrity of our company and the products that we carry.
Customers with history of frequent returns will be notified that order will be FINAL SALE.
In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be covered for errant merchandise and damaged products.
If you are using a freight forwarder, please have the items inspected before shipping out of the country. Sleekshop is NOT responsible for any items reshipped outside of the US.
Final Sale Products
For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:
- Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements
- Hair: Brushes, Razors, Shears, and Hair Color Accessories
- *Note: Hair dyes/colors that are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with cannot be returned.
- Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories
*Tip: Be extra careful when selecting makeup colors

Sleekshop cultivates relationships with our brands and vendors, therefore we stand behind our products and assure you that they are authentic and we are obtaining them through a reliable source.
Our merchandising team strives to update pictures with the most current packaging from our brands. However, if you received a product that looks slightly different than our site pictures, we are in the process of updating the product picture.
To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by Sleekshop. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any suspicious activity.
