COVID-19 UPDATE

To ensure the safety of our employees and customers, we will NOT be accepting returns at this time. After deep consideration, we have paused accepting returns during the pandemic.

Return Policy

In order to limit the spread of Covid-19, we will NOT be accepting any returns at this time. For the safety of our Sleekshop team and customers, thank you for understanding. 

Exceptions

Please reach out to our customer service team to check that your return will qualify. If you send your return without prior authorization, you will be denied a refund.  
 
Returns will only be accepted if an RMA# is issued by our Customer Service team.    
 
We're only accepting returns if:
 
1. Item received is incorrect from what is stated on invoice
2. Item arrived damaged/leaked/expired. Please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
   (the condition of item will be verified once received by returns department)

Return Shipping

In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be covered for errant merchandise and damaged products.

If you are using a freight forwarder, please have the items inspected before shipping out of the country. Sleekshop is NOT responsible for any items reshipped outside of the US.

Final Sale Products

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:

  • Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements
  • Hair: Brushes, Razors, Shears, and Hair Color Accessories
  • *Note: Hair dyes/colors that are deemed altered, damaged or tampered with cannot be returned.
  • Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories
    *Tip: Be extra careful when selecting makeup colors

Sleekshop cultivates relationships with our brands and vendors, therefore we stand behind our products and assure you that they are authentic and we are obtaining them through a reliable source.

Product Pictures

Our merchandising team strives to update pictures with the most current packaging from our brands. However, if you received a product that looks slightly different than our site pictures, we are in the process of updating the product picture.

Fraud Policy

To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by Sleekshop. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any suspicious activity.
